The US does not, and I don't happen to know of a non-US one that would,
but I am not an expert in non-US law, so it might well exist for all I
know. In short, I can "conceive" of it, but I don't "know" of it.
A way to avoid the issue of course is to locate the moderator in the US or
in another jurisdiction with US-like law on this topic.
