Criminal acts are different than pure speech and need to be referred to
the prosecutorial authorities.   The threat is not so much to our
sensibilities, as to our process, just as terrorist attacks on airlines
result in the inspection of everyone's bags.   Thus, I do not think that
criminal acts should be ignored.
