Re: [ga] nomination procedures
I believe you are wrong, but forgiveness isn't necessary. I find it
perfectly logical that the GA provides one candidate that the NC
can choose to accept or decline. The choice will be, in a word,
telling.
I find it insulting that the small NC gets the final choice. That
should remain the choice of the GA.
