John,

Protected speech is meaningless as an argument for your post being
ontopic or offtopic.  This is not a government agency.

Also, such rights are not absolute.  Your can do your radio ads
(please, it is rather funny to imagine the money you are wasting on
it), but that doesn't mean it was appropriate to post it here.
