This is not a good idea. I want to be able to register a domain name and
have it in the air ASAP, within 24 hours normally. With com/net/org this
is no problem now. I have done this a number of times, e.g. for a painter
who was arrested in Africa for painting naked women.

If one wants to start a business, waiting is not acceptable. If one
wants to exercise one's rights to free speech, having to wait, is even
worse.

Please, rethink this.
