Not only do I agree with Mark, but I wonder.....
exactly how will you decide who is a "unique demander" and I suppose even
further, Who exactly will decide who is a "unique demander"?  And my guess is
that once *you* (whoever that might be) decides the unique demander the
"loser" in this affair my decide to go to UDRP anyway - or try some other
litigation to resolve their belief that they have rights of use.
