I'm confused by this argument. The AGM, as I see it, is not
primarily a retrospective exercise, in which the members look back on the
past and evaluate the performance of the directors so far. Rather, it is
a prospective one, in which the directors meet to make decisions and rules
that will govern the future. The sense of the messages posted to the list
on this topic was that those decisions should be made, at the upcoming
meeting, by the directors who the at-large membership and the SOs have
actually chosen.
