RE: [ga] DNSO General Assembly call to change seating rule


It would also seem obvious by simply looking at the 
answers/agreement of the participants that with a public 
discussion, if there were objections, those who receive the posts 
would have done so.  Therefore, it stands to reason that the 
member sampling who did participate have a consensus.  To my 
knowledge, there is no quorum requirement, and these proposals are 
in the best interests of all the ga, and the at-large as well.  I am a 
member of both.
