I review all the posts submitted to the GA, much to my disappointment the majority of the time.  I see a small number of participants attempting to build something but very little effective growth.

It appears to me that a lot of the structures associated with the DNS, ICANN debates and structure are being purposely directed towards ineffectiveness and self destruction.  IMHO, it is starting to look like the only effective means to become involved is to work outside of the ICANN structures in lobby groups that may develop some serious political clout.
