  Good point in your last sentence here Harald.  However it really depends
on what and whom defines what the "Right Things" are doesn't it?

  The term "Abusive" in this context is not defined yet.  So any such rule
is really not possible until a definition has been agreed upon.  Thus far
a majority of the assembly members have yet to agree on any such definition.

  Indeed yes.  And again as is historically recorded in the archives
of this ML, this has been at the very least problematic, hasn't it?

  I haven't seen it either.  This I believe is mainly due to the Ill repute
that
you and Roberto have brought upon the DNSO.
