Precisely! If not for the users and registrants, registrars would
have no reason to exist. Further, if ICANN insists that others do
not exist because they are not within their own framework, they are
hurting both users and registrants. I'm relieved to see someone
recognizes who the important parties are. It is NOT the registrars
OR the registries OR the IP interests. It is the USERS.
