Eric and all remaining assembly members,
The ICANN BoD has thus far been playing the political game of
the Registrant vs the Registrar as well as playing off one set of preferred
registrars against NSI/Verisign. As such, the emphasis it seems to me would
be to be with the Registrant. That doesn't seem to be the direction that
this ICANN BoD is heading or preferring. We [INEGroup] as well
as a number of other groups, find this to be wholly inadequate as well
as inconsistent with the White Paper and the MoU.
