[ga] understanding is always furthered by facts


Jefsey, what a great idea to do a side by side!  Are there folks who want to
contribute to that? quickly?One advantage to that approach is that
Verisign/NSI or ICANN could be asked to clarify any misunderstandings.

Has anyone proposed two forecasts : one under statu-quo, one under new 
contract.
Has anyone presented a two column sheet : cons and pros?
