Hi Chuck
How are you? Glad to see you back safely :-).
You are making a very logical point. Regardless of the time-tabling it is
incumbent on all of us to evaluate the two proposals on their merits.
If Plan A's better, choose A. If Plan B's better, choose B.
If you can't choose, for whatever reason, then it defaults to A.
Anything less would be a betrayal of trust placed in us by the internet
community.
