Dave, I've asked, and so have others, for some statement from you of
the actual benefits to this deal, and your basis for supporting it.
Many of us have looked at the benefits, and seen none that outweigh
what are to most of us clear disadvantages and down and out right
potential for actual harm.
You accuse us of not discussing the merits, but many of us HAVE. The
issue is that none of those that have have been able to come up with
any coherent reasons to support the new agreement.
So is it your contention that discussing the merits means only those
merits in support of it?
I haven't even seen you do that.
