Let me reiterate what I said before:
1) if stock options and rent count here, what does this mean?

2) VeriSign is smart.  It will spend what it takes anyway.

So here's something new:

	Let's have a baseline.  Using the accounting method you plan to use
to count the $200 million, how much was spent on "r&d and infrastructure"
in each of the last three years during which the commitment was, as you
say, zero?
