There are very few issues wrt IP that are not already present with ASCII
names; consider the conflict over the Spanish-language site that mirrored
the name of an English-language site, the conflict over micros0ft.com, the
conflict between tata (india) and bodacious-tatas.com, and so on.
Just about the only thing I can think of that is added is that it can be
hard to find panelists who can actually read the characters of the domain
name; the IP rights do not change.
IMHO, of course.
