Pretty good, Patrick! As a trademark attorney, I wondered about that myself.
What is the likelihood of confusion? Was the choice of name "deliberate and
calculated?"  Is clear glass transparent?

(But Patrick, now.  I detect a smidgeon of sarcasm in your text -- something
that I, of course, would never do. :-)   )
