Ah, this is the more difficult part. Developing an accepted and competent
leadership.
Do you have a list of names that you, or a close associate, would be
able to nominate?
Self-nomination generally results in the least wanted "leaders".
Gaining credibility is a long and hard road, without shortcuts.
