  I agree if you are referring to WXW's position to which Joanna referred
to.

  I think you may have missed the gist of Joannas first sentence in her
remarks above.  She was and does take the EU position not the UK's.
As the UK is a reluctant member of the EU in some respects, many of
the UK's citizens support the EU's position that I posted a URL
regarding about two weeks age from the COE.
