  I am sorry, but no you didn't.  Your responded to them publicly.
Not that that bothers me all that much.  It doesn't.  It is only that
I felt that it would be better not to as others that are involved are
not participants to the DNSO GA list.  And I see now again that
you have yet again decided to respond again publicly.  That's fine,
I shall also do so here...

  Of course I am interested.  As spokesman for our members some of which
are from the region in question but living in the US and other countries...

  I am not passing judgment.  I don't feel there is enough known for me
to do so.  I believe that you don't have enough info to do so either.
In fact in your previous post on this thread you admitted as much...
