In his usual insulting manner, Mr. William X. Walsh entirely misses
the point. If ICANN were forced to create a .kids domain by the
U. S. Congress, there it would be, on the Internet, and once that
was done there is nothing any other country could do about it.
There are no "laws of that country" as to the U. S. that permit
the Congress to take this action, although it is likely to do so
anyway unless enough people jump into this fray.
