Hogwash, Mr Lovell.
Like the VAST majority of other bills, this one is most likely to die
in committee.
There is little support in Congress for these two congressmen's
anti-ICANN views, and if this bill advances at all, the reasons why
this bill is a bad idea, inappropriate, and not necessary will come
out in committee.
To say the Congress is likely to do this, I must ask, where did you
buy your crystal ball?
