The subject is a bit misleading, but the idea is
/very/ nice (thanks, William) and by far superior
to the current system (complaint to GA-abuse, Monitor1
prepares complaint, Monitor2 agrees and sends notice to
DNSO Secretariat, Secretariat implements suspension).
At least we could rid of /that/ part of the debate over
the rules!
Sandy mentioned multiple addresses: According to the
list rules, only GA members using the email address by
which they are known to the GA list may post. Subscribing
with multiple e-mail accounts to circumvent the posting
limit filter is a violation of the rules.
