Subject: UPDATE: ICANN-MDR01 - Additional Sessions to be Webcast and
Archived
Greetings!
You are receiving this message because you preregistered to attend ICANN's
November 12-15 meetings via webcast. As a result, we wanted to let you know
about
additional sessions now scheduled to be webcast. In particular, new
additions to
the webcast schedule include the November 12 sessions of the DNSO Names
Council
and DNSO General Assembly.
As previously scheduled, the webcast will also include plenary sessions of
the
ICANN Community Meeting on November 13 and 14, as well as Public Forums on
November 11 and 15, and the Board Meeting on November 15.
The full webcast schedule is available at
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/mdr2001>, along with links to convert
meeting
start times to local time in your area.
In preparation for the webcast, you may wish to review the technical
requirements
for the meeting, as posted at <http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/mdr2001/>.
Access to the live audio and video streams requires the RealPlayer (version
5.0 or
later) or the Windows Media Player (version 6.4 or later). Access also
requires a
28.8Kbps connection to the Internet, and full access to certain portions of
the
remote participation system requires a web browser with Java and Javascript
support.
ICANN has posted a number of supporting documents on
<http://www.icann.org/mdr2001>. You may find it helpful to review these
materials
before sessions begin.
We look forward to seeing you online.
