Although I do care if the shoe shine boys of Vietnam can't afford a domain 
name, I also agree with Sotiris about ICANN's mission creep.  ICANN needs 
to belly up to the tasks they agreed to handle and put all these great 
ideas on a list and get their house clean and orderly and FUNCTIONING prior 
to fussing with more.
