Patrick and all assembly members,

  I must agree with the feelings that Patrick here is expressing.
It seems that the registrant and the stakeholder/user is not being
represented or allow to participate AT ALL AGAIN.  As such
it is not possible to determine ANY policy that meet the MoU
requirements.  Perhaps Danny could aid in facilitating such
open participation along with Eric?
