Which doesn't mean diddly, since the moderators have been told that
they are not at liberty to apply the rules universally to all list
members, only to ones not on their internal "friends" list.

So, in the interests of fairness, they have decided if the rules and
the application of sanctions don't apply equally to all members, then
they will not enforce them at all.

So consider this list a replacement for the free for all domain-policy
list once hosted by NSI until the Secretariat and Names Council stop
giving rules exemptions to their lackeys.
