Oh no Marc.

Self Sustaining is a psycho. term; it refers to the "self" grandizing it's
own needs and ambitions without reflection to the outside world.  What it
really means is that if you can convince your "self" that you are not
lying and cheating and basically completely uncaring then you can
"sustain" your fantasy world, that you are really great.

Bottom - up is also a great term misunderstood by most; it directly
translates into -"the asses are at the top"
Open and Transparent simply means that; "if their mouths are moving they
are lying and so you should know it"
Consensus simply means that it is the Tops job to "con" you into believing
they make "sense" to "us".

Quite simple really and nothing to get excited about here at this
wonderful tea party Alice.
