I am not sure mine you, but I think it is .VN. However, I don't
believe, and I may also be mistaken here, that eric said that HE was
in charge of any ccTLD, but that an organization her represents
in the "Manager" of .VN. The distinction is specifically significant,

I was referencing John's comments and other comments and stated laws
that have been pointed out on this forum some time ago, Assad. You
can look those laws and posts up for yourself, as I have already done so
and don't feel the need to do so again here as it has been done
so many times in the past to do so again would overly redundant
in the extreme...
