This is a risk we have to prevent. I think that we can prevent it by
participating in the process and making sure that procedures to (s)elect
ALAC members are bottom-up and not top-down. Of course, if the ALAC members
or organizations would be picked by the NomCom or the Board, the whole thing
would be ridiculous.
