Danny and all assembly members,

  I think you mean Joe Sims and Louis Toutons bylaws, not "Ours"...

  In any event these are good questions to ask.  As you may also
recall or have researched, this (There recent WLS vote) is one of many
times  that the ICANN BOD has violated the ICANN/Joe Sims
and Louis Touton bylaws.

  Of course I am sure you Danny as myself and I am sure others
are awaiting the usual Vint non-answer spin as answers to these
good questions you pose...
