[ga] IANA Function Contract Renewed?

Stuart,

has the Contract Between ICANN and the United States Government for 
Performance of the IANA Function been renewed?  I note that it was scheduled 
to expire March 31, 2002 and have not noted any new amendments posted that 
would indicate that the contract is still in force.
