I just found the link posted on the ERC page entitled "IANA Functions 
Purchase Order, including Modifications and Extensions" which points to
http://www.ntia.doc.gov/ntiahome/domainname/agreements/SB1335-01-W-0650-0001.h

This seems to indicate that the contract was renewed for a six-month term, 
and that it expires 09/30/2002.  Perhaps in the future, you could post these 
documents in the area of the website where people actually look for these 
major agreements and related reports?
