These have been missing for some time....
and no calls in the reform debate for their re-instatement..?
Andrew M. explained in Santiago why they were to be removed - the staff were
afraid that if members could be identified -and there were real problems
with this (remember the MAC?) that some would waste no time in bringing
"representative" or shareholder actions against the company, to compel it to
behave according to its Articles or bylaws every time there was a
disagreement.
