Vinton and all assembly members,

  I amongst a huge number of stakeholders/users and of course
Assembly members hope that incidents or repetition such as
this one that Todd properly again revisited here, will also prompt
a goodly number of ICANN BoD and staff members to resign post
haste due to lack of adequate performance.

  This amongst a number of other missteps and poor judgments
from the ICANN BOD and staff seem to require that a
12 step program similar to AAA would be in order here.
However as some here are well aware, many drunks
fall off the wagon several times before becoming reformed.
Hence the ICANN reform effort needs to also address
the personalities aspect as well.  Sadly it does not...
