Were did I say I defend ICANN ?

I just say, that rather than speaking without knowing you should
first try to find _facts_ before speaking.

And ? I though we were speaking about Romania and Albania.
And I was giving you a specific example of a situation where people
may blame someone/thing which has no relationship to their problem.

You seem to have trouble sticking to facts pertaining to the subject.
And you seem eager to spray FUD and insult others. I already warned
you elsewhere to stop putting in my mouth things I did not say.

Then let's drop this discussion that you seem unable to have.
