Andy,
I wonder how you "know" that these spammers are using .org names --- since
most spammers work pretty hard to mask their real email addresses (and, in
fact, their real IP addresses also).
If you know based on the "from" address, then you should also know that this
is one of the most easily spoofed parts of any email.
