and this reference goes on to say: "ISOC does select the PIR board but otherwise there is no
financial connection."

What is the cost of the selecting of the PIR board? If any, how much
of that money goes into the ISOC's coffers? (These may be good
court room questions in the future ) Wasn't it just not too long
ago that the ISOC was wondering how it was going to pay
it's officers? Is a public resource such as .ORG being used
as a financial instrument to aid in funding a private organization
such as the ISOC? Why is such a board to be *selected* for .ORG
registrants that clearly have shown and requested to have
whom represents them, be elected by these same registrants?

As Lynn St.Amour was one of the *Selected* PIR board members,
along with the previous ISOC president Don Heath also recently on the
board of Afilias, does this not look like a stacked deck? More Nepotism,
al la Worldcon/m style? How and in what ways is Lynn St.Amour
uniquely suited for this PIR Board seat?

I could go on here, but I think you all get the gist...
