No. There is a substantial roadblock in the way, namely ICANN, which
systematically destroys every self-organizing attempt by genuine
participants - by engaging in the tactics of pre-emption, by diluting
organizing panels with top down appointees, by witholding available
administrative resources, by ridiculing positive initiatives. Now we see the
"At Large Community" "reforming" behind closed doors, using ICANN appointees
to the ALAC to quietly dismantle the last vestiges of activism.
