ALAC stands for "At-Large Advisory Committee", not "At-Large Community".
As I understand it, the ALAC is the interface between ICANN and the
At-Large, and consequently, if there wasn't an ICANN web site for the
ALAC, you most certainly would be complaining bitterly about it.
Moreover, there is absolutely nothing to prevent the "At-Large
Community", or portions of it, from forming one or more websites of
their own, and I'm sure that they will.
