RE: [ga] New TLD White Paper released


The US doesn't "own" .mx.  It owns the root zone file.  If someone sets up
another root that people like better, they can have an mx of their own.

This explains .biz.  There can be as many .biz as there are computers.  It
just happens that some are more popular than others.

Ok.  I've got work to do so I'm exiting this thread for at least a day.
