As people have noted in other forums, some people prefer to have a domain name that 180 million
people [mostly Americans] can see...***and will look at***...compared to a domain name that **more people** can see and never look
at...
One of the reasons for a Proof-of-Concept phase is to allow people to establish...Prior Use Rights...
...it also allows birds of feather to flock together by allowing "tribes" to form to protect those rights...
As one example, the 0:242 .SHOP owners can find each other and work together to make sure that their names
are more visible, protected and remain at the leading edge with new technology deployments. That is a boot-strap
process that takes time and the results can not be ignored by the U.S. Government...
