This story is about a lawsuit filed by Amazon.com regarding a Greek
domain name amazon.gr and amazon.com.gr

It seems to be that famous marks holders already have the tools to
protect themselves in the domain name arena, and indeed are using them
quite effectively.

This article is just further evidence of it.
