Obviously you can't, or at least not by collaborating with ISOC and
CORE in the DNSO. The WIPO/WG-A proposals were already adopted by
the ICANN board many months ago. The DNSO, its Names Council, WG-A,
your constituency, and ICANN itself are just a front for
white-washing and giving legitimacy, as an afterthought and a
publicity gimmick, to a foregone conclusion arranged by CORE, ISOC,
and the INTA years ago.

ICANN will pass the WIPO rules. The CORE registrars, and the rest of
the ICANN-accredited registrars, will apply them, as they are
already doing. ISOC will see to it that there is no opposition. And
your name, and that of Joop Teernstra and Milton Mueller and all the
others who are collaborating with ICANN/ISOC/CORE will go down in
Internet history as having aided and abetted, or at least joined,
the organization that deprived the Internet of its freedoms.

That is all that you have accomplished: to compromise yourself and
dirty your own reputation. 

You can't reform evil from within. It can only be beaten by fighting
against it.
