Statement: I recommend Paul Kane's candidacy for the ICANN Board because he
has demonstrated an excellent combination of strengths which would enable
him to make a particular contribution to the Board, if elected. In addition
to his extensive experience gained from operating in this community and
market for several years, as a supplier and operators of Registry and
Registrar system and services, he has a particular understanding of the
technical, commercial and governance issues that need to be addressed, and
the significance of these issues for the user community. Furthermore he has
clear vision of the issues, and a broad perspective that can identify the
priorities and optimum solutions. I recommend his candidacy for election to
the ICANN Board.
