Good ideas you are proposing.

Paul, I want to point out that it seems that the "secretariat" seat won't 
exists anymore.  What will exists is "information manager" and "internet 
services provider" (can be one entity offering both services or two 
separate entity...depending on the applications submited).

Also I want to propose to talk about the following subjects:

1. Tucows Privacy Proposal.
2. Agreement with DNSO-ICANN for the administration of DNSO funds (if the 
budget commitee is agree or considers that is apropiate to make a report on 
this)
