[nc-intake] >ORG seperation...

To try and prevent the discussion on the EXPERIMENTAL roots dominating
the Stockholm meeting... and in light of the recent confirmaiton that
.ORG is to be spun off next year, should we start thinking about the
process of selecting a not-for-profit Registry to run .ORG during the
Stockholm meeting??

I have heard both .BIZ and .INFO would like to present to the NC.... so
that item can move forward if it is acceptable to you....
