[nc-intake] Proof of Concept

Dear fellows:

Adam Peak, a member of NCDNHC has bring me issue of "Proof of Concept" to my
attention and I found interesting to add it also to NC agenda in Stockholm in
order to make some questions to the Board about it.

Also another subject that other member of the NCDNHC brought me to my attention
and have importance for DNSO is the ICANN Budget. As you may know, the GA
have a proposal to be voted soon about that ICANN includes the SOs in their
budget.

And...Kathy Kleinman, also a member of NCDNHC, has made a request to me to ask
to the Names Council to allow her to make a presentation about WIPO-3 and its consequences in the URDP.  This is another subject I think
is of an importance to the DNSO, and I think it would be of benefit to listen
what she has to say about it, so the DNSO can decides to take measures about
it.
