Thanks!   In fact just last night I proposed to NCDNHC to begin discuss all 
items of the New Agreement regarding Non-Commercial sector and for sure 
this is one (maybe there are another issues, but we haven't identifyed yet).

Including this in the agenda for discussion, do we have to reach to a 
concluision and voting about the subject?  Or just maybe will be the way to 
iniciate in the constituencies whatever work to be done regarding the New 
Agreement?

Who will talk about this subject?
